This hotel has some beautiful amenities, including a rooftop pool with gorgeous views of the lake and mountains, making it quite a relaxing getaway. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, but they could use some modernization as the furniture is starting to show wear. Meanwhile, the service is exceptional, with helpful and accommodating staff. On the downside, my experience was marred by maintenance issues and inconsistencies in communication regarding pet policies, which was disappointing.
